1) 1/2 kg Chicken drum stick
2) 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
3) 2 tablespoon lahori fish masala
4) 1 teaspoon red chili powder
5) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6) 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
7) 1 tablespoon chili sauce
8) 1 tablespoon soya sauce
9) 1 tablespoon vinegar
10) 1 tablespoon bbq sauce
11) 1 tablespoon mustard paste
Coating
1) 2 tablespoon maida
2) 2 tablespoon rice powder
3) 2 tablespoon cornflour
4) 2 tablespoon Porridge
