Crispy Chicken Chinese Style

Ingredients:
150g Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Chilli Powder (optional)
6 Tbsp Bread Crumbs or 3 Tbsp Cornflour
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a frying pan for 1 – 1½ minutes.
2. Remove and grind until coarse.
3. Mix with cumin, coriander, chilli powder and salt in a bowl
4. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a mixing bowl.
5. Dust with the cornflour and toss, or toss in bread crumbs
6. Heat 1 litre of oil in the wok until smoking hot
7. Deep fry the chicken strips for 8 minutes
8. Then remove and drain
9. Sprinkle with the spice mixture
10. Place these onto a dish and serve
