peel of 1/2 lemon.
4 egg yolks.
~ 1/2 cup of sugar (90g) + 1 tablespoon (15g).
4 tablespoons of cornstarch (30g).
250g puff pastry.
~3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml).
Powdered sugar, or cinnamon for garnish (optional).
