CREAMY PEPPER CHICKEN | CREAMY BONELESS CHICKEN RECIPE | MALAI CHICKEN


Creamy Pepper Chicken | Creamy Boneless Chicken Recipe | Pepper Chicken | Creamy Chicken Gravy | Creamy Lemon Pepper Chicken | Creamy Pepper Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Pepper Chicken: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Boneless Chicken 450 gms. - (mix of thigh and breast pieces) For Frying Chicken: - Pepper powder-1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp - Salt- 3/4 tsp - Lemon juice- 2 tsp - Green chillies halved-4-5 - Oil-4 tbsp Other ingredients: - Onions, chopped- 2 medium (150 gms) - Whisked curd/yogurt-5 tbsp - Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp - Salt-pinch - Fresh cream- 3 tbsp - Garam Masala powder-1/2 tsp Preparation: - Cut the boneless chicken fillets and thigh pieces into 2 inch pieces. - Chop the onions, cut the green chillies to halves and fine chop the coriander leaves. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces and give a stir on high heat for a minute. - Now add the other ingredients for frying chicken, mix and fry on high/medium high heat for 7-8 mins till browned. - Remove the chicken pieces onto a plate. - In the same oil, add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 7-8 mins till light brown. - Switch off heat and then add the cooked chicken pieces and whisked curd/yogurt. - Mix well and then switch on heat. Cook on low heat for 2-3 mins till oil separates. - Now add the fresh cream, pepper powder & garam Masala powder and mix well. - Also add 150 ml water and cook covered on low heat for 5 mins. - Remove lid, give a mix & garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. - Simmer on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates. - Serve with roti or naan. #creamypepperchicken #pepperchicken #creamychickenrecipe #creamychickencurry #bonelesschickencurry #spiceeats #spiceeatschicken #spiceeatsrecipes
