Add walnut and all chopped fruits in it. Serve. Masalaydar Murgh: Ingredients Chicken 1kg Red chilies dried 8 Roasted cumin 1tbsp Yogurt 375gm Salt 1tsp Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp Lemon juice 4tbsp Onion 2 Corianderchopped 1tbsp crushed coriander 1tbsp Garlic 10 cloves Fenugreek 1tbsp Oil ½ cup Coal 1 piece Method: Heat oil add dried chiles fry well and remove. Grind them with garlic. Mix lemon juice in chilies and garlic. Apply on chicken and left for few minutes. Heat oil add onion fry till light brown in color. Add chicken then add yogurt chopped coriander, crushed coriander, cumin, salt, fenugreek and turmeric cook for ½ hour. When it done give a smoke of coal, serve. Seekh Kabab Handi : Ingredients Kabab (chicken) 6 Ingredients for Gravy: Tomatoes ½ kg Curry leaves 6 Salt ½ tsp Red chili powder 1tsp Green chilies 10 Garlic 1bunch Mint 1 bunch Coal 1piece Oil 4tbsp Method: Fry kabab well. Heat oil in pan add garlic fry well. Add kabab then add green chilies, tomatoes, curry leaves, red chili powder. Garnish kabab with mint and give a smoke of coal. Seekh kabab handi is ready.
