Today I decided to make a creamy chipotle chicken. This is inspired by that viral creamy Tuscan-style chicken recipe that has been going around. This is one of the best chicken recipes I've made yet! Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. This is gonna be good!

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp cooking oil
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion diced
3 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (I removed the seeds)
1 Tbsp of Adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers
2 cups chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Mexican table cream or heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2.5 oz fresh baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
garnish with chopped parsley
