Chicken Pastel is a creamy chicken dish with potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms.I tried to make it as simple as possible that even beginners can be able to make this dish with ease. It's the creaminess that makes you want it more. Even the kids will surely love it. This dish is perfect for special occassions and I hope you can try this at home too.
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken
1 large onion
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece bell pepper, chopped
2 large potatoes
1 medium carrot
1 small can mushroom, sliced
1 pack eden cheese, cubed
2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup all purpose cream
5 pieces kalamansi
fish sauce and pepper powder to taste
iodized salt
This dish serves 8-10 person
