Boil chicken breast until tender and shred. 2. Cook macaroni salad according to package instructions and set aside. 3. Boil carrots for few minutes and chop into cubes. 4. Pour mayonnaise into a bowl. 5. Add shredded chicken breast. 6. Add the pickle relish. 7. Add the raisins. 8. Add pineapple tidbits 9. Add the carrots. 10. Mix them well. 11. Add the cooked macaroni salad and mix them well. 12. You can add small amount of sugar if you want. (optional) 13. Then let it chill in fridge for few hours and serve.
