INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg thinly sliced beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 white onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup mushroom
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth (dissolve 1/2 beef cube in 1 cup water)
3/4 cup all-purpose cream
2 tbsp oil
