In this video, my friend Ashley teaches me how to make her corned beef taco recipe using Trader Joe’s precooked corned beef. This was such a fun video to film. I hope you all enjoy it.
CORNED BEEF TACO RECIPE:
Corned beef
Guinness 2 cans
corn and wheat tortillas
Irish cheddar (shaved)
Corned beef:
Crock pot with Guinness and water.
Coleslaw:
Cabbage
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbs white sugar
1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
Whisk ingredients, add cabbage and toss
Guinness dipping sauce:
1 cup Guinness
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 plain Greek yogurt (or we can just do 1/2 of one)
1/2 ts apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
Reduce Guinness to 1/3 cup on stove, turn off, stir in brown sugar. Set aside
Whisk all other ingredients in a bowl then add Guinness mixture. Whisk until smooth.
