In this video, I will show you how to make Coriander Chicken Recipe
Ingredients & Method:
Marination:
Take 400 gm chicken, Add salt as per taste, then add ginger garlic paste, then add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp and then add 1 cup curd and mix well. Keep of closed for 1 hour.
Method:
Take coriander leaves in a mixer jar, Add 6 green chillies, Add little water and make a fine paste of it. Then keep it aside
Take a pan and add 4 tbsp oil, heat the oil, once the oil is hot add 2 cinnamon, and chopped onions. Now fry it for a while. Add salt to taste, Add tomato paste 2 tsp, then add cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp, Mix all well and cook it. Now adds the marinated chicken in it and mix it well. Add sugar as per taste, add little bit of water, add 4 green chilli and keep it closed for few minutes.
After few minutes, add the paste and add 1/2 tsp garam masala. Now cook for few minutes. Keep it closed for 5 mins in high flame and then keep it closed for mins 5in low flame. Then increase the flame and cook for a little while, then turn off the flame and add butter and then keep it closed for few minutes.
Coriander chicken curry is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha, nan.
