Chilli powder 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masaala 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tablespoons
Kasuri Methi 1 Tablespoon
coconut oil as much as required
salt to taste...

Take a full chicken ?, mix the masala as given above in coconut oil, and apply on chicken then keep in refrigerator for 1 hour ..
Then remove the washer and pressure wt from the lid ..then take a cooker sprinkle some rock salt at the bottom then put banana leaf cover the inner portion with banana leafs and preheat the cooker for 5 mnts..put the chicken into the cooker close the lid ..wait for 1 hour.. tasty cooker chicken is
