Chicken Parmesan Recipe:
One pound of chicken breast
One cup of sauce (homemade or jarred with no sugar added)
4 tbsp of Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
One egg
Pasta of your choice
Garlic, salt, pepper, parsley to taste
Cut the chicken breast into four equal pieces. Beat egg with salt and pepper. Combine breadcrumbs with spices and Parmesan cheese. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg then into the breadcrumbs. Cook on 370 degrees in an air fryer for 20 mins, flipping halfway. While the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta of your choice and heat your sauce. In an oven safe dish, top each piece of chicken with a tbsp of sauce and a tbsp of cheese. Bake at 425 or broil for 5 mins or until the cheese melts. Plate the chicken over the pasta (with more sauce). Serve with a side salad. Enjoy!
