Complete Chicken Dinner Recipe Ingredients:
1.1 kg chicken (cut, washed and cleaned)
1 tsp salt
1 rsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Drizzle some Barbecue sauce on top of the chicken and mix well.
Veggies:
2 potatoes (sliced)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 onion (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
Grated Cheese
(Wrap them in aluminium foil)
To thicken the sauce:
2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours
Or Low for 7 to 8 hours
