Ingredients:
Bread ... 6 Slices
Chicken (Boiled & Shredded) ... 1/2 Cup
Cucumber (Chopped) ... 1/4 Cup
Iceberg Lettuce (Chopped) ... 1/4 Cup
Carrot (Finely Chopped) ... 2 Tbsp
Salad Leaf (Chopped) ... 1/4 Cup
Mayonnaise ... 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper ... 1 Pinch
Method:
- Add chicken, mayonnaise, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, salad leaf, carrot and black pepper into a bowl.
- Mix it.
- Remove bread crust from all slices
- Apply prepared mixture on bread slice and place another slice over it to make a sandwich.
- Cold Sandwich is ready
