Don't just drink your beer; use it to grill a Beer Chicken!
Ingredients:
1 pcs whole chicken
1/2 can cola
1/2 can gluten free beer
1 pcs lemon
2 pcs potatoes
Olive oil
Fresh black pepper
Red rub:
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp rock sea salt
2 tsp dried onion
2 tsp chili flakes
Method:
At first prepare the red rub - mix all ingredients mentioned below together.
Clean and dry the chicken.
Put on the chicken fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
Than add over all sides prepared red rub.
Mix in glass bottle coke and gluten free beer.
Put the chicken on the bottle.
If needed add black pepper. You can also add potatoes.
Preheat oven to 200 C / 392 F.
Place in the oven and bake, uncovered, for about an 120 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown on top.
Serve.
