Ingredients:
800g Chicken
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
200g Potato
1 cup Grated Coconut
1 tsp. Coriander Seeds
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
4 Cloves
2 pinches Methi [Fenugreek Seeds]
3 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
½ tsp. Fennel Seeds
2 petals Star Anise
4 Garlic Cloves
¼" Ginger
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½" Cinnamon Stick
½ tsp. Poppy Seeds
3 Black Peppercorns
½ Mace Blade
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
7 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
