You will definitely love the taste. Christmas dessert in 5 minutes! Hi everyone! Today we’re making a healthy holiday treat! Tender coconut bars in a crunchy sugar-free dark chocolate coating — only 5 minutes of work and 40 minutes in the freezer! Tastes just like legendary Bounty bars, but completely sugar-free and guilt-free. The perfect Christmas gift or sweet treat with tea. Prepare with love and enjoy without harming your figure or blood sugar! Recipe for cooking and ingredients: For the coconut filling: • 70 ml (⅓ cup) milk (any kind) • 3 tbsp stevia (or any 1:1 sugar substitute) • 100 g coconut oil • Pinch of salt • 150 g (1 cup / 5.3 oz) fine coconut flakes For the chocolate coating: • 150 g sugar-free dark chocolate • 1 tbsp coconut oil For garnish: • Extra coconut flakes and melted chocolate for stripes Mold: • Silicone bar mold or any rectangular dish (cut after freezing) Instructions 1. Coconut filling (3 minutes): o In a small saucepan, heat milk + stevia + 100 g coconut oil until fully dissolved. o Remove from heat, add pinch of salt and 150 g coconut flakes. o Stir quickly until thick and uniform. 2. Shaping: o Transfer mixture to a silicone mold (or regular dish lined with cling film). o Press firmly with a spoon or your fingers. o Place in the freezer for 40 minutes. 3. Chocolate: o Melt 150 g sugar-free dark chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth. 4. Coating: o Remove frozen bars from the mold and cut if needed. o Dip each bar in chocolate (fully or halfway). o Place on parchment — the chocolate sets quickly due to the cold! 5. Final decoration: o Drizzle thin chocolate stripes with a fork. o Sprinkle a little coconut flakes. o Chill in the refrigerator for another 10–15 minutes. 6. Serve: o Your healthy coconut bars in chocolate are ready for the holidays! o Enjoy!
