Why not satisfy your chocolate cravings! Here is a recipe to try this weekend:
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
50g dairy free dark chocolate, chopped
2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
2 Avocados chopped
Pomegranate seeds
100ml unsweetened oat milk
1 handful baby spinach
2 scoops/sachets Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete
METHOD:
1. Add the avocado to blender and blend.
2. Add the oat milk and baby spinach and blend again.
3. Add the chocolate and Chocolate Complete and blend until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into two bowls and top with pomegranate seeds, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, additional shaved dark chocolate and chopped nuts of choice.
