Traditional chicken recipe - chinthamani chicken Ingredients: Chicken - 500 grams Shallot onion - 15 Whole red chilli - 25 count chilli Sesame oil - 1/4 cup Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - few Salt - 1.5 tsp Method 1. Take 25 whole red chilli, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces 2. Add 1/4 cup of sesame oil to a pan, few curry leaves and 15 shallot onions (diced) 3. Saute until onion becomes soft 4. Add the 25 whole red chilli (seed removed and chopped) 5. Saute for 3 minutes 6. Add 500 grams of chicken, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1.5 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup water 7. Mix well 8. Cover and boil for 5 mins 9. Mix well 10. Cook until all excess water evaporates 11. Chintamani chicken is ready
