Make Chinese Sesame Chicken at home and impress everyone. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #Knorr Chinese Sesame Chicken Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1 -Cornflour 3/4 Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup -Baking powder 1/4 tsp -Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet (10g) -Cooking oil for frying -Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup -Honey 2 tbs -Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs -Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs -Sugar 1 tsp -Chicken yakhni (Stock) 3/4 Cup -Cornflour 1 tbs -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs -Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted ½ tbs -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves Directions: -In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,garlic paste,black pepper crushed,salt,soy sauce,egg white and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes. -In bowl,add cornflour,all-purpose flour,baking powder,chicken powder and mix well. -Now add chicken marinated cubes,cover & shake well. -In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken cubes for 2-3 minutes then take out and rest for 10 minutes then again fry until crispy & golden. -In small jug,add tomato ketchup,honey,soy sauce,sesame oil,vinegar,sugar,chicken stock,cornflour, whisk well & set aside. -In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well. -Add prepared sauce,mix well and cook until sauce is thick. -Add fried chicken,sesame seeds and mix well. -Garnish with green onion leaves & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1 -Cornflour 3/4 Cup -Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup -Baking powder 1/4 tsp -Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet (10g) -Cooking oil for frying -Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup -Honey 2 tbs -Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs -Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs -Sugar 1 tsp -Chicken yakhni (Stock) 3/4 Cup -Cornflour 1 tbs -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs -Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted ½ tbs -Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves Directions: -Bowl meim chicken boneless cubes,lehsan paste,kali mirch crushed,namak,soy sauce aur anday ki safeedi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein ayr dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Bowl mein cornflour,maida,baking powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Ab marinated chicken cubes dal ker dhak dein aur ache tarhan shake ker lein. -Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken cubes ko 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir bahir nikal ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein aur dubara crispy & golden hunay tak fry ker lein. -Chotay jug mein tomato ketchup,honey,soy sauce,til ka tel,sirka,cheeni,chicken yakhni aur cronflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Ab tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein. -Fried chicken aur safed til dal ker mix ker lein. -Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
