For the Batter: 2 Dessert spoons of custard powder
4 Dessert spoons of Potato Starch
2 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp MSG
For the sauce: 1 Onion, 1 Carrot, 1 Red pepper
HP Brown sauce, Worcestershire sauce
Dark soy sauce, 3 Garlic cloves crushed
Oil, 1 Tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 Tsp MSG
