Ingredients for Chilli Chicken : 1. Chicken Breast - 400 gm. 2. Ginger paste - 1 tsp 3. Garlic paste - 1 tsp 4. Dark Soya Sauce - I tbsp 5. Corn Starch - 4 tbsp 6. All purpose flour - 4 tbsp 7. Egg - 1 8. Salt to taste . 9. Black Pepper Powder or Crashed - 1 tsp 10. Refind Oil for Fry 11. Refind Oil - 4 tbsp for Gravy 12. Onion Petals - 2 medium onions 13. Diced Capsicum - 2 small 14. Chopped ginger - 1 inch of Piece 15. Chopped garlic - 3-4 garlic cloves 16. Some chopped Spring onion 17. Tomato Ketchup - 6 tbsp 18. Red Chilli Sauce - 3 tbsp 19. Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp 20.
