This video is 100th video on this channel so its celebration time, I have made chicken recipes in tamil. Chicken varieties like chilli chicken and tikka style chicken with combination of chicken gravy and food, Superb combination.
I took boneless chicken then added standard masala which we get in shops then mix it well, marinated it for 2 hours then fried.
For tikka style chicken I added same masala with following ingredients (for 200 grams) : 2 table spoon egg white, yogurt 2 table spoon, 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste, if the main masala dont have salt and chilli we should add then mix it well and allow it to marinate for upto 2 hours then we have to toast the chicken on tawa.
