To marinate
Boneless chicken - 500 gms
chilli powder - 1 tsp
pepper - 3/4 tsp
salt - 1 tsp (adjust as per taste)
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Water - 4 tbsp
Oil - for frying
For the sauce
Ginger finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1-2
Onions diced - 1
Capsicum diced - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce (red or green) - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp (mix with 4 tbsp of water)
