INGREDIENTS:
chicken - 1/4kg - cut into small pieces
oil - for frying
MARINATION:
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
pepper - 2 tbsp
red chilli powder -1 tsp
kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
corn flour - 4 tsp
curd - 2 tsp
lemon - 1
egg - 1
MIX WELL WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In a bowl add the ingredients for marinating.
Add chicken and coat well
Leave for 30 minuts
Heat oil add the chicken coated one by one and deep fry.
Add curry leaves when the chicken is half cooked which smells good.
Drain off the chicken.
Serve hot.
