Chicken with vegetables (Crockpot)


INGREDIENTS 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 pound red potatoes, halved 1 pound baby carrots 1 pound green beans, trimmed 1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried basil Β½ teaspoon dried oregano ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Put chicken breasts, potatoes and carrots in a 6-7 quart slow cooker. In a separate bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add the green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Enjoy!
