Ingredients: For the Brining Solution: 1.5 liters of water 1 tbsp. of black pepper corns 5 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of onions 2/3 cup of Kosher salt *** bring 2 cups of water to a boil, put all the above ingredients, let all the salt dissolves, cool down and you can add the remaining water to the solution. For the Cream Sauce: 1/2 cup of chopped onions 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 lb. of white or brown mushrooms 1 stick of butter 1 and 1/2 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream 2 tbsp. of sour cream 1 and 1/2 cup of chicken broth 2 tbsp. of flour salt and pepper lemon chopped parsley
