Hari ni saya nak kongsikan resepi tortilla wraps yang sangat senang dan sedap dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang mudah. Sesuai untuk dimakan pada bila-bila masa. Bila buat tortilla wraps sendiri, boleh letak pelbagai bahan ikut selera masing-masing. Saya menggoreng ayam dua kali untuk menjadikan ayam lebih rangup. Boleh juga menggunakan tepung goreng segera untuk lebih mudah. Selamat mencuba! ?
Perapan :
200gm Dada Ayam
2 Ulas Bawang Putih
1/2 sk Garam
1/2 sk Serbuk Lada Hitam
1/2 sk Serbuk Lada Sulah
Salutan Ayam :
3/4 Cawan Tepung Jagung
1/4 Cawan Tepung Gandum
1/4 sk Soda Bikarbonat
1/4 sk Garam
1 Biji Telur
Salad :
Karot
Timun
Tomato
Bawang
Thousand Island
Mayonis
Tortilla
Daun Salad
Keju
Marinate :
200gm Chicken Breast
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
Chicken Coat :
3/4 Cup Corn Flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
Salad :
Carrot
Cucumber
Tomato
Onion
Thousand Island
Mayonnaise
Tortilla
