How to make delicious spicy & yummy Chicken Thokku.

INGREDIENTS:
Marination:
Chicken – ½ kg (cleaned with turmeric powder & salt)
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Chicken Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon – ½ (juice)
Green paste – (1 handful of curry leaves & 3 chilis)
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Cooking:
Oil – 3 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2
Cloves - 4
Onion – 1 ½ (finely chopped)
Salt (As required)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Tomato -2 (finely chopped)
Masala Spices:
o Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
o Chili Powder – ½ tsp
o Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
o Chicken Masala – 1 tsp
o Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Marinated Chicken
Water – ½ cup
Pepper – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves

PROCEDURE:
Marinade:
Clean the chicken with turmeric and salt.
Then marinate the chicken with ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ garam masala,1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chicken masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, green paste (grind one handful of curry leaves & 3 green chilis), Lemon & salt.
Keep it aside for more than 30 mins.
Chicken Thokku:
In a pan 3 tbsp oil & 1 tbsp butter, then add 2 cinnamon & 4 cloves.
Add 1 ½ onion (finely chopped) and saute till golden brown. Add the required salt.
Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute well. Then add some leaves.
Now add 2 tomatoes (finely chopped) & ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chicken masala, ¼ tsp garam masala. Saute until becomes mushy.
Now add the chicken and mix it well and close it with the lid for a minute. Then add a cup of water. Close and cook for 10 to 15 mins in medium flame (stir frequently).
Now remove the lid and cook for 2 mins to get the thick gravy.
Now add the pepper and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander.
