7. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 2 tbsp
8. Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1.5 tbsp
9. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च का पाउडर ) – 1.5 tbsp
10. Salt (नमक) – 1 tbsp
11. Lime Juice (नींबू का रस) [2 tbsp] + sugar (चीनी) [1 tbsp]
12. Tejpaan Leaf (तेजपान) – 1
13. Elaichi (इलाइची) – 1
14. Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी) – 1
15. Cloves (लौंग) – 5
