INGREDIENTS: You will Need
1. Chicken (Cut into medium size)- 500 grms (1/2 Kg)
2. Soya Chunks- 1 Cup
3. Salt- as per taste
4. Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
5. Kasoori Methi- 1 tsp
6. Fresh Coriander- 2 tbsp
7. Mustard Oil- 1-2 tbsp
Whole Spices (For Grinding)
1. Coriander Seeds- 1 tsp
2. Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
3. Green Cardamom- 4-5
4. Black Pepper Seeds- 10-15
5. Star Anise- 1
6. Cinnamon- 1inch stick
7. Dry Red Chillies- as required
8. Cloves- 5-6
9. Bay Leaves- 1-2 leaves
For Puree:
1. Tomatoes- 2 medium
2. Onion-1 medium
3. Ginger- 1 inch
4. Garlic-4-5 Cloves
