Prepare Spicy Tomato Sauce: -In blender jug,add onion,garlic,dried red chillies,vinegar,yogurt,tomato paste,cooking oil,pink salt & blend well.Red sauce is ready! Prepare Shawarma Chicken: -In frying pan,add yogurt,paprika powder,cinnamon powder,onion powder,cumin powder,black pepper crushed,turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,pink salt,lemon juice, cooking oil & mix well. -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes. -Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame from both sides until done (8-10 minutes) & fire roast on direct flame until its charred from all sides. -Stack up chicken pieces,insert fork & cut it with the help of knife. -On serving plate,add hummus,iceberg lettuce,salad,poatao fries,shawarma chicken slices,feta cheese,white sauce,red sauce,lemon juice,sumac powder,fresh parsley,pita bread & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: Prepare Garlic Mayo Sauce: -Blender jug mein cream,lemon juice,mayonnaise,paprika powder,pink salt,safed til,cheeni,fresh parsley aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.White sauce tayyar hai. Prepare Spicy Tomato Sauce: -Blender jug mein pyaz,lehsan,sukhi lal mirch,sirka,dahi,tomato paste,cooking oil aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.Red sauce tayyar hai. Prepare Shawarma Chicken: -Frying pan mein dahi,paprika powder,darchini powder,onion powder,zeera powder,kali mirch crushed,haldi powder,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,pink salt,lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur dono sides sa darmiyani ancch per paka lein (8-10 minutes) & direct flame per tamam sides sa charred ho janay tak paka lein. -Chicken pieces ko stack up ker ka fork insert karein aur knife ki madad sa cut ker lein. -Serving plate per hummus,iceberg lettuce,salad,poatao fries,shawarma chicken slices,feta cheese, white sauce,red sauce,lemon juice,sumac powder,fresh parsley & pita bread dal ker serve karein!
