SO IN THIS VIDEO WE WILL BE MAKING CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB SO LET'S SEE THE"INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO MAKE THE CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB * MINCED CHICKEN(CHICKEN KEEMA) *ONION *GREEN CHILLIES * GARLIC CLOVES * MINT LEAVES(PUDINA) * CORIANDER LEAVES * GARAM MASALA * CORIANDER POWDER * AAMCHUR POWDER(DRY MANGO POWDER) * RED CHILLI POWDER * SALT TO TASTE * BUTTER OR GHEE * OIL FOR FRYING *KETCHUP *CHAAT MASALA PROCEDURE TO DO CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB TAKE A BOWL AND ADD MINCED CHICKEN ( 250 GRAMS) INTO IT AND FOLLOWED BY ONIONS,GREEN CHILLIES, MINT LEAVES,CORIANDER LEAVES,GARLIC . NOW ADD THE DRY SPICES INCLUDING GARAM MASALA,DHANIYA POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,AAMCHUR POWDER AND SALT AS REQUIRED AND MIX IT WELL NOW KEEP THIS MIXED CHICKEN IN A STICK AND ELONGATE IT AND FRY IT IN A MEDIUM HOT TAWA UNTIL IT'S COOKED IN THE INSIDE AND GOLDEN BROWN ON THE OUTSIDE ONCE DONE REMOVE THE STICK AND SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA AND LIME JUICE AND SERVE HOT!!!!
