Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and when it’s hot, fry chicken mince until done. Take out in a bowl & mix mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, black pepper powder. Mix well & keep aside. 2. In 1 tbsp butter fry asparagus/beans until done to your preference. Take out & sauté onions rings & tomato slices. 3. Half fry the egg in the same pan and take out. 4. Toast bread with some butter and arrange tomato slices then onion rings. Spread chicken mixture, asparagus/beans and top it with half fried egg. Cover with another toasted slice of bread. 5. The sandwich is ready to relish.
