Healthy, easy sandwich can now be made without Toaster / Sandwich Maker,. Try this sandwich made on gas stove and enjoy.
Ingredients
Chicken - 200gms boneless
Bread - 8 slices
Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
Onion-1/2 cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp veg, for binding (you can use hung curd for a healthier version)
Salt - 1tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder - 1tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Bay leaf-1
