Today I am cooking at home and making flautas by using leftovers. I am using leftover roasted chicken and stretchy cheese to make crispy chicken rolled tacos.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb cooked chicken
10 oz leftover cheese potato mixture
24 corn tortillas
1/4 cup cold water
2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
cooking oil for frying
salsa, lettuce, tomatoes and Mexican cream for toppings
