Coconut Daal: Ingredients Spilt red gram 2cups Coconut milk 1tin Asafoetida 1 pinch Tomatoes 2 Green chilies 4 Curry leaves 4 Oil ½ cup Cumin 1tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Mustard ½ tsp Red chili powder 2tsp Tamarind 4tbsp Method In boiled lentil add salt,turmeric,red chili powder,Asafetida and coconut milk cook,now in a frying pan heat oil add curry leaves,cumin,mustard,green chilies, and tomatoes mix in lentil and serve. Imli ki Chutney: Ingredients Tamarind Pulp 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Red Chilies 6 Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp Mint Leaves 2 tbsp Garlic Cloves 4 Tomato 1 Salt ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted) ½ tsp Water ½ cup Method In a blender, blended yogurt, red chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and water. Tamarind chutney is ready.
