Give it a try and enjoy with friends and family. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #arraywah Written Recipe: https://ln.run/iMUJ2 Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @HealthyFoodFusion & @FoodFusionKids for healthy food & kid's special recipes. 00:00 Chicken Paprikash 00:09 Prepare Chicken 00:44 Prepare Gravy 02:10 Serving 02:21 Aray waah Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Boneless chicken thighs 500g -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Himalayan pink salt to taste -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 1 & ½ Cup -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste -Paprika powder 2 tbs -Tomato paste 1 tbs -Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup -Cream ¾ Cup -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Fettuccine pasta boiled -Fresh parsley chopped Directions: -On chicken pieces,sprinkle black pepper crushed & pink salt on both sides. -On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil & fry chicken from both sides until golden & set aside. -In the same pan,add onion & sauté until translucent. -Add garlic,ginger & mix well. -Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute. -Add pureed tomato,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (5-6 minutes). -Add pink salt,paprika powder,tomato paste & mix well. -Add chicken stock,mix well & bring it to boil. -Add chicken thighs,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then takeout chicken pieces & turn off the flame. -In cream,add lemon juice & whisk well for a minute.Sour cream is ready! -Now add sour cream in pan & mix well. -Turn on the flame,add cooked chicken pieces,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. -On serving plate,add fettuccine pasta,chicken paprikash,fresh parsley & serve! -Chicken paprikash can be served with pasta,spaghetti,rice or bread. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Boneless chicken thighs 500g -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Himalayan pink salt to taste -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 1 & ½ Cup -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste -Paprika powder 2 tbs -Tomato paste 1 tbs -Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup -Cream ¾ Cup -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Fettuccine pasta boiled -Fresh parsley chopped Directions: -Chicken pieces ka dono sides per kali mirch crushed aur pink salt dal dein. -Cast iron pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken ko dono sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Us he pan mein pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein. -Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache trahan mix ker lein. -Pureed tomato dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes). -Pink salt,paprika powder & tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein. -Chicken thighs dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir chicken pieces ko nikal lein & chulha bund ker dein. -Cream mein lemon juice dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Sour cream tayyar hai! -Ab sour cream ko pan mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Chulha bund ker dein,cooked chicken pieces dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Serving plate mein fettuccine pasta,chicken paprikash & fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
