Add Shan Chaat Masala to make it even more flavourful and let us know how it turned out. #ShanChaatMasala #KhushiyanChakhLo #SooperChef #ChickenPakora #IftarRecipes Chicken Pakora Ingredients for Chicken Marination: Chicken boneless (cubes) 1/2 kg Yogurt 1/2 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Shan Chaat Masala 2 tbsp Ingredients for Green Chutney: Green coriander 1 cup Mint leaves 1/2 cup Green chilies 3-4 Water as required Ingredients for Mayo Green Sauce: Green chutney 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Ingredients for Pakora: Gram flour 2 cups Rice flour 1 cup baking soda 1 pinch Shan Chaat Masala 2 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Water as required Directions for Chicken Marination: 1. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, shan chaat masala and mix well. Marinate for 25-30 minutes. Directions for Green Chutney Preparation: 2. In a glass jar add green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and water and blend well into paste. Set aside. Directions for Mayo Green Sauce Preparation: 3. In a bowl add mayo, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and green chutney and mix well. your mayo green sauce is ready. Directions for Pakora Mixture Preparation: 4. In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, shan chaat masala, red chili flakes, water and mix well to form thick runny paste. 5. Dip the marinated chicken into pakora mixture and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown and chicken is fully done. 6. Your Chicken Pakora is ready. Serve it with mayo green sauce and enjoy. Preparation time: 15 mins Cooking time: 20-25 mins Servings: 4-5
