സവാള – 6
തക്കാളി – 2
പച്ചമുളക് – 3
വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത് – 3.5 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഇഞ്ചി അരച്ചത് – 1/2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ജീരകം – 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഒലിവ് എണ്ണ – 3 മുതൽ 4 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ
ഉപ്പ് – ആവശ്യത്തിന്
മുളക് പൊടി – 6 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മല്ലിപൊടി – 6 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി – 1/2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഗരം മസാല – 1/2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ചാട്ട് മസാല – 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മല്ലിയില – ആവശ്യത്തിന്
