Masala Chicken ?
If you're a chicken lover then this chicken recipe is just perfect for you, especially when you are bored of eating the same old chicken preparations like Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry or Chicken Korma.
Well the best part is this recipe doesn't need any Garam masala or Chicken masala.
You can enjoy this Masala Chicken with Rice, Pulao, Roti, Naan, Tomato Rice, Paratha, Kerala Parotta, etc..
Ingredients :
Chicken - 750 gm
Onion - 1 no.
Tomato - 1 no.
Green chilli - 3 nos.
Lemon - 1/2
For masala :
Garlic - 10 cloves
Ginger - 1 medium piece
Shallots - 5 nos.
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Whole Red Chilli - 6 nos.
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Whole black pepper - 1 tsp
Cloves - 6 nos.
Cardamom - 5 nos.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 1 tbsp
Salt
Wash and marinate the chicken pieces with Lemon juice.
