Chicken Manchurian is a classic Indo Chinese food.This dish comes in several variations with differences in spices and seasoning.Also ,you can either use chicken pieces/ minced chicken for making this dish.This dish can be served as a starter/ with fried rice/noodles. In this video,I've made Chicken Manchurian in dry form. If you like this recipe,do try it to impress your loved ones. INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN MANCHURIAN ( Dry) 250 gms Boneless chicken( cut into small pieces) 1 tbsp-Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp-Red chilli powder 2 tsp- Vinegar 2 tsp- Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp-Soy sauce 2 tsp- black pepper powder 1 egg 2 tbsp- maida/ all purpose flour 1tbsp- cornstarch/ cornflour 1 tbsp cornstarch+ 3 tbsp-water = slurry 1 tbsp-Ginger ( finely chopped) 1 tbsp-Garlic ( finely chopped1 1 green chilli 1 Onion( sliced) 1 Capsicum( sliced) Salt to taste Oil *Sesame seeds for garnishing ( optional) NOTE : ** Marinate the chicken for minimum 1 or 2 hrs as it helps the chicken to tenderize & enhances the flavor. ** Do check if the chicken has completely cooked before adding it to sauce. #spiceandsugar #chickenmanchurian #chickenstarter #chinesefood #chinesechickenmanchurian #indochinesechickenmanchurian #streetstylefood Thanks for watching the video.Do LIKE my recipes,and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE my channel & SUPPORT !
