Continental Chaat: Ingredients for White Sauce Butter 2 tbsp Flour 1 tbsp Milk 2 cups Cream cheese 4 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Sugar ½ tsp METHOD FOR WHITE SAUCE Mix all together and cook till thick. Other Ingredients Saltish cookies 1 packet Potatoes boiled and mashed 4 Chaat masala as required Lemon juice 2 tbsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Samosa patti 6 Sweet corn 1 cup Salted boondi 1 packet Sev 1 cup Onion 1 chopped Tomato 1 chopped Coriander leaves 3 tbsp Tamarind chutney ½ cup Green chutney ½ cup Cheddar cheese ½ cup METHOD Put biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish, spread with potatoes, sprinkle chat masala, crushed red chili and lemon juice, place the samosa patties, sprinkle corn, boondi, onion and tomato, put little imli chatni and green chatni, pour white sauce evenly covering the entire dish, decorate with imli chatni, green chatni, sprinkle sev, cheese and coriander, and bake on 160 D for 10 mins. Corn Patties: Ingredients Potatoes boiled ½ kg Bread sliced soaked 4 Salt 1 tsp Corn flour 3 tbsp Mix all nicely in mashed potatoes and keep aside. Ingredients for Corn Mixture Sweet corn 2 tins Oil 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Chopped onion 1 cup Turmeric ½ tsp Chili powder ½ tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander leaves 1 cup Green chilies 4 Garlic 4 cloves (grind together), add this green mixture to corn mixture and keep aside. METHOD Grease your palm with oil, flatten some potato mixture in the center, add corn, roll the mixture firmly to make around pattice, dip in egg, roll in crumbs and deep fry, serve with green chatni.
