Chicken macaroni salad is one of the all-time favorite Filipino Christmas recipes. It's quick & easy to make as you need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy and serve it to your loved ones chilled.
Ingredients:
200g macaroni elbow pasta
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 tbsp of olive oil or any cooking oil (to be mixed with pasta)
250g mayonnaise
100g yogurt
2 pinch salt & ground pepper (for seasoning)
Shredded chicken breast
70g pickle relish
120g pineapple chunks
60g raisins
50g diced cheese
