1/4 tsp termeric powder
soak chicken in this water for 30 minute to 1 hour

1 tbsp mustard paste
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
mix properly and rest it overnight
