Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Refined oil - 5-6 tbsp
Bayleaf - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3-4
Cinnamon sticks (1 inch.) - 1 piece
Black pepper (whole) - 7-8
Mace flower - 2
Onion (Finely chopped) (Medium-sized) - 3
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger julienne - 8-10
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh tomato puree (4-5 medium-sized tomato)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Green chili - 2-3
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Cashew nut paste (paste of 8-10 cashew nuts)- 2 tbsp
Roasted dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
