Ingredients (serves 4)
• 4 chicken thigh fillets
• sliced into strips
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp oil
• pinch of pepper
Method
• Mix the chicken with the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper
• Marinade for 30 minutes or overnight
• Thread each chicken strip onto a skewer
• Grill or BBQ on each side until browned and cooked through.
