This Chicken Karahi or Chicken Kadhai is based on Peshawari Chicken Karahi recipe which is different from North Indian Chicken Kadai. Most of the ingredients and method of cooking is different, which gives this chicken recipe ,a unique taste.
This Chicken Karahi recipe is very simple to make without much chopping and gets cooked within 30 minutes.

400 GMS CHICKEN
1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
3 DE-SKINNED TOMATOES
A PINCH OF SALT + SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
1 TSP SUGAR
FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TSP ROASTED KASURI METHI
2 TBSP WHISKED CURD
1/4 CUP WATER
3 - 4 SLICED GREEN CHILIES
