Ingredients:
300-gram boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion paste
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
2 tsp posto
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 spoon curd
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp of masala (1 small cinnamon stick 2 cardamom 2 cloves 5 dry red chilies1 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds)
oil to fry
